Booking Terms And Conditions

Balance Payment
The balance for the entire booking is payable on arrival.

Compliance with Park Rules
The customer agrees that they, all members of their party, and any visitors will abide by the Park Rules. Failure to do so may result in the offending person or the entire party being required to leave the Park. No refund will be given in such cases.

Purpose of Visit
The customer confirms that this is a recreational or holiday visit to Blossom Touring Park.

​

Equipment & Insurance
The customer confirms that all vehicles and equipment brought onto the park are maintained to proper safety standards and that they hold appropriate insurance, including third-party cover.

Cancellation by Blossom Touring Park
If Blossom Touring Park cancels a confirmed booking, all deposits and advance payments will be returned in full. Blossom Touring Park accepts no responsibility for incidental or consequential loss arising from the cancellation. Liability is limited to the amount of deposits and fees paid by the customer.

Arrival with Different Equipment or Excess Persons
If the customer arrives with equipment differing from that booked, or with more persons than booked, Blossom Touring Park reserves the right to:

• Restrict the units/persons allowed to use the pitch, and/or

• Allocate additional pitches (if available) at the appropriate cost.

Blossom Touring Park may also cancel the booking at that time, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

Maximum Pitch Occupancy
No bookings will be accepted that exceed the maximum pitch occupancy limits. Customers exceeding these limits may be required to leave the site or pay for an additional pitch, if available. This is at the absolute discretion of Blossom Touring Park. Any deposits and fees paid prior to departure will be forfeited.

Electricity Supply
Pitches with electricity provide a maximum of 16 Amps. Customers must use their own RCD-protected leads with standard campsite plugs. Equipment must be in good working order and must not cause an overload.

Variation of Terms
Blossom Touring Park reserves the right to vary any of the above terms and conditions without prior notification.
